Joe McCarthy is our project manger. It’s his job to get projects to closing, renovated, rented, and stabilized. His background and family is rooted in construction management providing him with the ability to get renovations done at extremely competitive prices. We just paid $3,200 for a roof that would cost most companies $8,000+ on our latest project.

Noah Gilliom is our acquisitions manager. If you call CEH to sell a house 9/10 times he’s who you’ll get to meet with. Noah is a Ball State Graduate and lives in Southport with his beautiful wife Stefanie. He is a people person, loves to meet new people, and is an extremely talented drummer. He specializes in creating mutually beneficial transactions with homeowners.
